UMLC Winter Training for Boys and Girls at Lax Evolution
UMLC is partnering with Lax Evolution at their King of Prussia Facility to offer winter training! The popular high quality repetition program (HQR) is new and improved this year. They have a professional training staff that include some of the best players, coaches, and instructors in the area.
They will focus on fundamentals of passing, catching, shooting, defensive footwork, defensive positioning, as well as the fundamentals of running. There is a Certified Strength Coach that has created a lacrosse specific program that will help with specific movements in the game.
This is a true benefit for the developing and advanced players to prepare for the upcoming lacrosse season
They will pre and post test so that you can see the results on paper and in the game. They will test lacrosse skills and lacrosse specific running movements.
UMLC strongly recommends this program as one of the best ways to prepare for the upcoming season!
