What started out as a way to introduce lacrosse to the players in the UMLC, has turned into a great family night event for the members of the UMLC. Since the clubs inception in 2005, UM Lax players have shown their colors at a Wings game, but last year marked an all time high level of participation. We had close to 200 players and family members at the game last year....and this year we hope to exceed that number.

Last year, Ryan Thornton and Clay Greenaway were chosen to represent the UMLC by being ball boys for shooting practice prior to the game. They were on the turf field with members of both professional teams! And they had a blast.... Then at halftime, our Boys 7/8 team actually got to play a game on the field, in front of the entire crowd! It was such an exciting night for the club, but something that the boys won't soon forget.
